“ Stumbled into Guidos (Furnos) by happenstance and could not be any happier! We ended up getting the Cipolla pizza after finding out the Fugazzetta takes about an hour to bake. Employees were super friendly and modified our pizza to the best of their ability to mimic the Cipolla. The flavors are fantastic especially considering the pizza just had cheese and onions. The dough was perfectly salted and fluffy but crispy as well. Can't wait to come back and try other menu options! ”

The cute pizza lady here told me that the house special pizza is great. So I got that. The crust is very on pot, South American style. Maybe just need a little bit more cheese on the pizza. The olive was fresh. It seems like they recently updated their prices. Small pizzas at $15 and big ones at $28. Last time I was here, it's slightly more affordable but hey, Californian inflation is just insane ”
